What am I buying?

A rectangular placement on the Bidboard for a 30-day lease. You choose its coordinates, size, logo, and destination. The placement stays at those coordinates while the lease is active.

Who handles payment?

Payment happens on a secure payment page. Bidboard does not receive your card number. You see the exact saved quote before you leave the board, and your payment puts the placement into review.

Can I look around before signing in?

Yes. Browsing, exploring, filtering, and asking for a price all work without an account. Sign-in is requested when you save a claim, pay, edit a placement, or need its history.

When does my placement appear?

A verified payment puts it into review. We check the placement before public visibility and tell you where it stands. A return from the payment page is not proof that a placement is live.

How is the price decided?

The current quote considers the rectangle, its distance from the fixed centre, how full the board is, and category demand. The exact amount is calculated for your selection when you ask for it and held with your reservation.

Can someone take over my placement?

Occupied ground can be taken over at a premium. A newly live placement also has a short protection window, so it cannot be taken over immediately after it appears.

What happens when my lease ends?

Renew before it lapses to keep the same ground. After it ends, the space returns to the board and can be chosen by someone else.

What if I need help?

Send the details through support. Include your purchase reference if you have one, but never include card details.
