Refunds

Short version: if we take your money and you do not get what you paid for, you get it back. If you got what you paid for and changed your mind, you generally do not. Below is the detail, including the cases people actually run into.

You are refunded in full

• Your block never went live. If your logo or link did not pass our safety checks and we could not put your block on the board, you are refunded in full. You are never charged for a block nobody saw.
• Someone else got the ground first. If two people buy the same space at the same moment, one purchase succeeds and the other is refused. A refused purchase is never charged, and if a charge did complete it is refunded in full.
• We took the block down for a reason that was ours, not yours. You are refunded for the part of the lease you did not get.
• You were charged twice for the same thing. The duplicate is refunded. We build specifically to prevent this, but if it happens it is our mistake to fix.

You are refunded for the unused part

If the board is unavailable for an extended period during your lease, we extend your lease by that time, or refund that portion if you would rather. Your choice, not ours.

You are not refunded

• Your block ran and you did not get the results you hoped for. We do not promise visitors, clicks, or sales, and we cannot refund a disappointing outcome.
• You changed your mind after your block went live. Once the block is on the public board it is doing the thing you bought.
• We removed your block because it broke the terms. Misleading content, harmful links, or content you had no right to use.
• Your lease ended normally. A finished 30 day lease delivered what it promised. You can renew it before it lapses.

How to ask

Use the support form and tell us which purchase you mean. You do not need to argue a case; describe what happened and we will look at it. We aim to answer within two working days.

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through the payment provider. How long it takes to appear is up to your bank, usually a few working days.

Chargebacks

If you think something is wrong, please talk to us first. We would much rather fix it directly and quickly than have it go through your bank, which is slower for you and costs us both.
