Answers to the common ones
- My payment went through but my block is not on the board.
- Every logo and link is checked before a block goes live, which takes a short while. If something failed the check we will have told you, and you are not charged for a block that never appeared. See Refunds.
- I want to change what is on my block.
- Open your block on the board and choose to edit it. Editing is allowed once per block, so make the change count.
- My lease is about to end.
- You can renew before it lapses and keep the exact same ground. Once it lapses the space returns to the board and someone else can buy it.
- I want a refund.
- Tell us below which purchase you mean and what happened. You do not need to argue a case. What we refund.
